The benefits of turmeric are really great for your body and this is an extremely easy, healthy recipe for adding more turmeric into your paleo diet.
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4–1/2 cup almond milk
- ½ teaspoon turmeric (I highly recommend Pure Indian Foods for their organic turmeric)
- Coconut flakes (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in your blender (I used my Vitamix).
- Top with coconut flakes if desired.
