Paleo Banana Smoothie

Since going paleo, I’ve really gotten into paleo smoothies as a delicious way to sneak live greens into my diet. This smoothie is a great example of how you can make greens like spirulina and kale taste so delicious that even the kids will devour them!


  • 1 tablespoon raw spirulina
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup curly kale
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½¾ cup ice


  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Add your desired amount of ice.
  3. Blend again in blender on high.
  4. Enjoy!
