Since going paleo, I’ve really gotten into paleo smoothies as a delicious way to sneak live greens into my diet. This smoothie is a great example of how you can make greens like spirulina and kale taste so delicious that even the kids will devour them!
- 1 tablespoon raw spirulina
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup curly kale
- ¾ cup water
- ½ – ¾ cup ice
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Add your desired amount of ice.
- Blend again in blender on high.
