This oh-so-delicious recipe is inspired from Sun Power Cafe, a raw restaurant in L.A. It’s gluten-free, grain-free, and raw. Try it with your favorite gluten-free or grain-free pasta or chips. Yum!
- 6 cups fresh basil
- 1/3 cup hemp seeds (soaked for 4 hours)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Blend all ingredients together for 30 to 40 seconds in your high speed blender.
