This tasty dressing contains avocado, which is chockful of heart-healthy fat. Combined with the various other ingredients called for in this recipe, well your taste buds will be dancing. Interestingly enough avocado is actually a fruit! This delicious “fruit” is unique in that it contains both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. These being the best quality of fats that you can consume.
- ½ an avocado
- Small handful of cilantro
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½ garlic clove
- ½ serrano pepper
- ¼ cup plain Organic Gemini horchata
- ¼ cucumber
- Place all ingredients in an immersion blender or a mixer.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- IF desired, add more salt to taste.
