Fruit Leather for the Holidays

This fruit leather gives a whole new way to use those holiday cranberries and it boosts you up with antioxidants!



  • ½ cup walnuts, soaked overnight
  • ½ cup dates
  • ¼ cup cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup dried mango (no sugar)


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Smooth mixture onto teflex sheet.
  3. Dehydrate for 105-109 degrees for 4 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
