I’ve noticed that one can easily spend a ton of money on processed or packaged foods like paleo kale chips (luckily I have an easy recipe for Paleo Kale Chipotle Chips), paleo wraps and paleo bread. Well, here’s a recipe for paleo flat bread or paleo wraps that you can make yourself at home with some pretty common items you probably already have in your kitchen.
These deliciously clean and low carb wraps are made from veggies so they’re full of good-for-you, unprocessed nutrients. Try these filled with my delicious Paleo Chicken Salad with Paprika!
Paleo Flat Bread or Wrap
- 1½ large tomatoes
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1½ cups ground flaxseed
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 big handful cilantro (stems and all)
- 1 green zucchini
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
- On dehydrator sheets, place the blended ingredients thin enough, knowing you’ll be peeling them and folding later around veggies/protein or using as bread “sheets.”
