Paleo Salad Dressing with Dijon Balsamic

I think it’s a must to have a wide variety of yummy paleo salad dressings in your paleo kitchen! I like to pour mine on stir-fry dishes, salads, and meats to experience a variety of flavors and sneak in some more good-for-you fats! You can also make this with white rice vinegar too for yet another delicious type of paleo salad dressing.
- ¾ c extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ c white balsamic vinegar (or more to taste as different vinegars vary in strength)
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 hefty pinch freshly ground black pepper
- Combine. Blend together slowly.
