New Years Eve Creamy Chai Dressing

New Years Eve Creamy Chai Dressing

For family get-togethers, fancy dinners, or on my own, I love providing a variety of homemade condiments to dress up my meals. This particular recipe, a new years eve creamy chai dressing, is easy to make and contains a variety of fun flavors that will let your kitchen creativity flow. It is nut-free, dairy-free and gluten-free but with a twist. With the New Year and the holiday we all love, New Year’s Eve, let’s spice things up a bit and be a bit different while keeping on our path of eating healthy and clean.

You’re probably thinking, “chai in dressing?” I know, it’s usually used in tea, but trust me, you can really have some fun with it in your recipes. A new way of dressing up your salad, or something new on your paleo sandwich, or a balancing sweetness for spicy kale chips. Since New Year’s Eve does not have to be a night of totally breaking your diet and then feeling like crap the next day. Why not add a unique flavor to your evening in a unique way?!

One of the key ingredients in this dressing is Organic Gemini chai horchata. Their horchata is loaded with a superfood called tigernuts. This ancient superfood is extremely high in fiber, prebiotics, iron, potassium, and vitamins E & C. So good for you!  Also, for all my PaleOmazing readers, Organic Gemini is offering a 15% off discount off the wonderful products on their site: www.OrganicGemini.com.  You simply use coupon code “PaleoVegan” at checkout. This code is good now and for as long as you are reading this on my site. A terrific deal!

Enjoy this recipe. I know I sure did! Be sure to email me to let me know what kinds of creative ways you end up using it in your kitchen.
