Oh my ganache, you have got to try this!! As I was sitting in my kitchen at home, pondering about what to make for dessert, the idea of a Paleo Dairy-Free Ganache popped into my mind. I was thinking of something that would be sweet and satisfy my family’s chocolate craving.
As I grabbed my healthy coconut cream, it made me realize the importance of using it in my recipes. Coconut fats are healthy fat options, that have many health benefits including the lowering of blood pressure. I always like to incorporate it into my recipes instead of the alternative of unhealthy fats and oils that can have negative health effects if consumed in large amounts.
If you aren’t familiar with ganache, it can be used as a chocolatey filling or cream for cakes and cupcakes. It can also be poured over various desserts, like ice cream, or used as a dip. It is also of importance to use clean and healthy chocolate for our bodies, which I have listed in the ingredients below. Try this decadent ganache drizzled over a cold bowl of Paleo Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

Ingredients
1 can coconut milk
½ cup plus 1 tablespoon 100% Valrhone chocolate powder
4 drops stevia
6 heaping drops of chocolate stevia
3 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour in a bowl and use as a ganache.
