Easiest foolproof paleo dip that everyone loves! Great for holiday parties, gatherings, picnics or any other type of social gathering. Pre-made dips usually have a lot of sugar, dairy or unpronounceable crap in them. This paleo recipe is easy to make and totally sugar-free, dairy-free, and “crapola-free”. You can add some cayenne to spice it up even more but then it may be too spicy for kids. The fresh ingredients in this chipotle dip taste good on vegetables, meats and fish. Delicious with my lamb recipe and my black sesame brussels sprouts recipe.

- ½ cup homemade mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons chipotle powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/8 cup chopped green scallions
- Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients well.
- This can be served chilled or at room temperature.
- Due to raw eggs in the mayonnaise, do not leave out too long.
